Tessa x Hulu FX Clipped Premiere
Prism DJs’ Founder, DJ Tessa, had the pleasure of DJing for the premiere of the Hulu FX television series “Clipped.” The cast and crew from the show were in attendance, creating a star-studded atmosphere for this highly anticipated event.
The client requested a playlist of songs from 2013-2015 to match the show's timeline. They also wanted high-energy tracks reminiscent of those you'd hear at a basketball game, ensuring the atmosphere was lively and energetic.

Missy Elliott's "Work It" – featured in episode 2 of the show.
V.I.C.'s "Wobble" – chosen for a line step dance moment instead of the traditional electric slide.
Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us" – THE song of the summer.
The event production team, Rock + Paper, excelled in creating an immersive basketball-themed experience. From photo moments that felt like paparazzi shots to a nail bar and basketball throwing stations, every detail contributed to the event's success.
DJ Tessa shared, “One of the best parts of this job is matching my attire to the theme at my corporate and premiere events. For this premiere, I got to dress like the main character V. Stiviano with her trucker cap, big glasses, and full face cover visor. It was so much fun!”
